Hummus Naan Toast 3 Ways
Mini naan is a tasty alternative to regular toast or avocado toast. Perfect as one person serving, quick to whip up with super fun and veggie loaded toppings. They make a delicious on the go breakfast or healthy mid-day snack.
I have a new obsession with these mini naan breads. Have you tried them? There is truly nothing not to love about these. Fun size, unlimited topping possibilities and tasty alternative to regular toast. You can top them for breakfast, snack or even light lunch. I’m sharing some of my favorite toppings!
All three topping ideas are simple and easy. You can whip these up in no time.
You start off with toasting the naan bread. Since these are mini size, you can easily pop the naan into a regular toaster. Then you add a generous slather of classic hummus. And then the toppings. You have an option of avocado, roasted red pepper and feta. Because everything is better with avocado.
Then cucumber + tzatziki. It’s super fresh and light. You can use store bought tzatziki or make your own. I included a recipe in the notes to make your own. It’s actually quite easy to make and honestly I prefer homemade over store bought any time.
Last but not least, one of my favorite combinations. Tomato, mozzarella + fresh basil. This combo never disappoints. It’s a classic and requires no explanation.
These are truly versatile. Get creative and make up your own toppings and you’ll have toast for dayz 🙂

Such a great version of avocado toast! Loved this recipe!!!
We love having naan with butter chicken in our household. But all your toppings looks delish! Your avocado+roasted pepper+feta topping looks the best!
Butter chicken sounds soo good! Naan is so versatile and you really can’t go wrong with any topping.
