Refreshing salad with watermelon, cucumber, arugula, feta, and balsamic glaze. It’s a delicious combination of ingredients that will leave you craving more!

Units Scale
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cut into cubes and chilled
  • 1 cup English cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup baby arugula, lightly packed
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Balsamic Glaze, homemade or store-bought
  • Kosher salt

  1. In a large salad bowl, gently toss the chilled watermelon with cucumbers and arugula.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, to taste. Top with feta cheese and season with salt. Serve immediately.

  • Balsamic Glaze is reduced balsamic vinegar with some type of sweetener. You can make your own or pick up a bottle at the store.
