Description
Crispy sesame chicken bites coated in delicious panko, pan-fried, and served with honey-mustard sauce.

- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. minced cilantro
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2–4 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Honey-Mustard Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the bread crumbs, sesame seeds and cilantro; set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayo, onion powder, and mustard.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and coat in mayo mixture; then add to crumb mixture, a few pieces at a time, turning to coat.
- In a large skillet, saute the chicken on medium heat in oil in batches until juices run clear, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Add additional oil as needed.
Honey-Mustard Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Serve with chicken.
